Day 1: Arrival Denver
Today arrive in Denver, gateway to the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy a Welcome Dinner as you get acquainted with your traveling companions.

Day 2: Denver - Cheyenne - Rapid City
Today depart Denver and head north into Wyoming. Make a brief stop in the state capital of Cheyenne. Following lunch continue into the Black Hills Country of South Dakota, known for its many lakes and green forest. Arrive in Rapid City and check into your hotel for a three night stay.

Day 3: Rapid City - Badlands Nat'l Park - Rapid City
Today travel to the unusual and well known Wall Drug Store, famous for it "Free Ice Water". Then drive through Badlands National Park, located between the White and Cheyenne Rivers. The area contains spectacular examples of weathering erosion, fantastic ridges, cliff and canyons of variegated color. Enjoy the late afternoon at your own pace in Rapid City. This Evening enjoy a delicious supper and a bit of western entertainment at a Cowboy Cookout.

Day 4: Mt. Rushmore - Crazy Horse
This morning visit the Fort Hays Dances with Wolves Movie Set to see some of the original buildings used in the Oscar winning film.
Later visit Mt. Rushmore featuring the awesome sculptures of Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt and Lincoln. Each face is 60 feet high and is carved into the rugged granite mountainside with intricate perfection. Continue onto the Crazy Horse Memorial still in progress. View the giant mountainside sculpture of the famous Indian Chief astride his pony. Following dinner experience Mt. Rushmore at Night to see this American treasure illuminated in a whole new light
Meal (B,D) Overnight - Rapid City
Day 5: Rapid City - Deadwood- Devil's Tower - Sheridan
This morning travel to Deadwood, made famous by Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane, both buried in the town's Mt. Moriah Cemetery on Boot Hill. Later stop to visit the "flying saucer" haunted Devil's Tower National Monument a gigantic volcanic neck rising from the prairie and an area sacred to the Kiowa, Sioux and the Blackfeet Tribes. Late afternoon arrive in the cattle town of Sheridan situated at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains and check into your hotel.

Day 6: Sheridan - Cody - Yellowstone
This morning travel to Cody, th town named for Buffalo Bill Cody. Visit the Buffalo Bill Historical Center, an interesting museum of Native American culture, natural history and western art. Later enter Yellowstone National Park, the world's first national park established in 1872. Late afternoon arrive in West Yellowstone or one of the park lodges for a two night stay.

Day 7: Yellowstone National Park
Enjoy the day exploring Yellowstone National Park with your Tour Director. With over 10,000 hot springs, thundering waterfalls, geysers and endless forests, Yellowstone inspires awe. Some of the park high-lights include Old Faithful Geyser, Yellowstone Lake and Yellowstone Canyon. The park is also home to an astounding array of elk, bear and buffalo.

Day 8: Yellowstone - Grand Teton Nat'l Park, Jackson
Today travel south through the Grand Teton National Park the 485 square mile scenic park features the Teton Mountain Range, one of he youngest ranges on the continent, lakes, glaciers, wildlife and snowfields. Later arrive in the quiet cowboy town of jackson for your overnight stay. The city has developed into an amazing getaway for people from all walks of life where the Old West and New are splendidly combined. Be sure to visit the colorful Million Dollar Cowboy Bar with its saddle-shaped barstools.

Day 9: Jackson - Salt Lake City
Today travel into Utah. Enroute wind along the shores of the beautiful Bear lake before climbing the Wasatch Mountains. Later arrive in Salt Lake City. "The City of Saints" founded by Brigham Young in 1847. On arrival enjoy a panoramic Salt lake City Tour featuring Temple Square with its lovely landscaping and famous Tabernade, the State Capitol, and the University of Utah - site of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics. This evening enjoy a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travelers

Day 10 : Salt Lake City - Flight Home
